ABOUT US
Since our 1985 foundation, our main profile is mass production of injection molded plastic parts and co-injection molded 2-component silicon parts. We have 40 injection presses ranging from 25t to 250t clamping forces, 50% of the pool are new machines. Number of employees: 180, working in continuous shifts. We were ISO certified 7 years ago. We currently work in line with ISO 9001 – 2000 standards but we are audited according to TS stipulations by most of our customers. 70-80 % of our products are sold to the automotive industry.
Our
company was founded in 1985 as a one-person enterprise.
At the very beginning we stamped metal parts, mainly furniture hardware, run on excenter presses. Our first customer was Garzon Furnitures. By now we have produced parts for them for 23 years. We started our thermoplastic molding business in 1988. We started with less demanding parts, such as dowels, wall plugs, flower pots made on 10-15 year old machines.

the early ‘90s we expanded our product families and started molding
engineering parts of higher customer demand (O rings for water and gas
meters – still our characteristic products made in big numbers and
variety)
In the mid ‘90s multinational companies started mushrooming in the area. To meet their requirements was a new and real challenge. First we needed to develop and improve the infrastructure and our facilities. We built a new 400 sqm molding shop in 1996. After that we purchased our first computer controlled state-of-the-art injection machines to cope up with the new challenge.
